Stewardess for Luxury Motor Yacht in Sainte-Maxime (April – November)

• Location: Sainte-Maxime, South of France

• Employment Period: April – November (6 months)

• Salary Range: €2,500 – €3,000 per month

• Contract: 6-month seasonal contract
   

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced, service-oriented Stewardess to join a luxurious 24m private motor yacht based in Sainte-Maxime. The yacht is used exclusively by the owner, demanding exceptional hospitality standards, attention to detail, and a proactive, professional attitude.

The owner operates a small fleet consisting of a 24m motor yacht and two high-performance RIBs, creating a dynamic and high-end working environment.

You will work closely with an experienced Captain and crew to deliver a seamless luxury experience, while maintaining the yacht’s interior to the highest possible standards. This position is ideal for a professional who thrives in a refined private setting and takes pride in providing first-class service.

Key Responsibilities

Hospitality & Guest Experience

• Deliver high-end hospitality service to the owner and guests

• Serve drinks, prepare basic cocktails, and provide snacks

• Prepare light meals such as salads, oysters, gamba’s, and lunches

• Handle guest provisioning and grocery shopping

 

Interior & Housekeeping

• Maintain the yacht interior in immaculate condition throughout the day

• Manage laundry for guests and crew

• Ensure all guest areas remain organised, clean, and presentable

Crew Support

• Assist the Captain where required

• Support daily onboard operations during owner trips

• Provide light operational support within the fleet when needed (e.g. preparation and organisation of the RIBs for guest use)

 

Yacht Program

• Sainte-Maxime-based 24m motor yacht

• Private owner use only

• Approximate annual usage: ±60 owner days

• Summer cruising may include trips to Ibiza, Mallorca, and other islands

• Start date: 1 April

• Crew accommodation ashore (not living on board); housing is arranged and included

 

What We Are Looking For:
Required

• Minimum 2 years experience as Stewardess on a similar yacht

• Strong hospitality and guest service mindset

• Bar and basic kitchen skills

• English and/or Dutch spoken

• Professional appearance and representative attitude

• Discreet and respectful of the owner’s privacy

• Flexible availability and willingness to travel

• Valid working papers and certificates

Preferred

• Additional languages are a plus

• Strong organisational and provisioning skills

• Positive team player with proactive mindset

Working Environment
You will join a small but strong crew based in Sainte-Maxime and will take care of the fleet together. On land, a small support team is available to assist the crew when required. The program is focused on quality, teamwork, and reliability. Flexibility and a positive working attitude are essential due to the dynamic nature of private owner usage.
