Stewardess for Luxury Motor Yacht in Ibiza (April – November)

• Employment Period: April – November

• Salary Range: €2,500 – €3,500 per month

• Contract: Seasonal (possibility to extend to year-round contract)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and service-driven Stewardess to join a luxury 24m motor yacht based in Ibiza. The yacht is used for both private owner trips and high-end charters, requiring exceptional hospitality standards and a proactive, professional attitude.

You will work closely with an experienced Captain and crew, ensuring guests receive a seamless luxury experience while maintaining the yacht’s interior to the highest standards. This role suits someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment and takes pride in delivering premium service.

Key Responsibilities

Hospitality & Guest Experience

• Deliver high-end hospitality service to owners and charter guests

• Serve drinks, prepare basic cocktails, and provide snacks

• Prepare light meals such as salads, oysters, gamba’s, and lunches

• Heat and finish pre-prepared meals when required (e.g. paella)

• Handle guest provisioning and grocery shopping

 

Interior & Housekeeping

• Maintain the yacht interior in immaculate condition throughout the day

• Manage laundry for guests and crew

• Ensure all guest areas remain organised, clean, and presentable

Crew Support

• Assist the Captain and crew where required

• Support daily onboard operations during trips and charters

 

Yacht Program

• Ibiza-based 24m motor yacht

• Mix of private owner use and luxury charters

• Approximate annual usage:
  ±40 days private owner use
  ±25–30 charter days

• Summer cruising including potential trips to the South of France

• Start date: 1 April

 

What We Are Looking For:
Required

• Minimum 3 years experience as Stewardess on a similar yacht

• Strong hospitality and guest service mindset

• Bar and basic kitchen skills

• Fluent English

• Professional appearance and representative attitude

• Discreet and respectful of guest privacy

• Flexible availability and willingness to travel

• Valid working papers and certificates

Preferred

• Additional languages are a plus

• Previous charter experience

• Strong organisational and provisioning skills

• Positive team player with proactive mindset
